FR900

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resins FR900 are fluorocarbon thermoplastics, with good thermal resistance, outstanding chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, excellent weathering resistance, high dielectric strength, good stability under ultraviolet and nuclear irradiations, it has a wide range of service temperature (-50°C to +150°C). It can be dissolved in some polar solvents.

FR900 can be easily processed by conventional methods, including compression molding, extrusion and injection, etc. The recommended processing temperature ranges from 190°C to 300°C.The resins would decompose at the temperature above 316°C, and therefore can be processed safely.

As versatile engineering plastics, FR900 resins are widely used in chemical process equipment, electrical and electronic industry etc.
According to properties and different applications of the resins, four grades of FR900 resins, FR901, 902, 903 and 904 are available.

FR905

Polyvinylidene fluoride resin FR905 is the homogenous polymer of PVDF. It is specially used for casting Li-ion batteries. FR905 has high viscosity in certain solvent and can be easily produced films. The film has good thermal resistance, outstanding chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and good processing performance.

FR921

PVDF FR921 is the base resin for baking-type fluorocarbon coating. It is composed of poly vinylidene fluoride with high molecular weight, and can keep stable at the high temperature up to 600oF(316°C).

PVDF FR921 can be used as fluorocarbon coating, blending with special acrylic resin and other additives. Accelerated aging test (3000 hours) shows that coating based on PVDF FR921 has excellent anti-aging property and conforms to the AAMA standard.

FR921 is also a good bonder that can be used in the lithium battery industry.
